Questions can be submitted anonymously. You can request a transcript of your chat and it will be sent to your email address.

New York Institute of Technology Library keeps a staff-use-only database of all chat transcripts. The database of transcripts may be used to compile statistics about chat usage and to help improve service. If you would prefer your chat transcript be deleted from the database, please email NYIT Libraries. Please send the date and time the chat started.
