Call the circulation desk at 212 261-1526 or 516 686-7699 and see if you can resolve your issue that way. You can also go to any NYIT Library circ desk in person. Keep in mind if you are trying to renew and item on your card you only get 1 renewal so if you are attempting to renew the item agaiin it will not work online and you will have to visit in person or call to see if it is possible to have your item extended.
