On the "Advanced Search" page of the WorldCat database you will see fields that say "Limit to year, language, number of libraries" also at the bottom there is a search field that says "Rank by" and there is a drop down box to select the date. Below is a copy of the advanced search page in WorldCat. You can access WorldCat through the library homepage www.nyit.edu/library, by clicking the link "Find books" in the "Start your research" field, this will bring you to the page where you can click on the WorldCat link contained in the field "International Libraries".
