Q. E-Book Help

To whom it may concern,

Hello, I hope you had a great thanksgiving and black Friday ! I was attempting to take this time off to do a few papers, when i came across some troubles using the online library--i was hoping for some help on this issues.

I am trying to access the book listed below, however i keep getting error messages when signing in (information about the e-book and the error message are listed below) . I have tried to use my own NYIT connect username and password, but i cannot get access to the book--(infrotrac website)--i can access the NYIT database just fine. However, i really need access to this e-book. If there is anything that can be done, i would greatly appreciate it ! Thank you so much.

Hello,

Please clear your cache and try searching again with a different browser. I was able to access using Goggle Chrome or you can search using Firefox. Internet Explorer tends to cause problems. If you still cannot access, please contact me directly at 516-686-3790.
