Yes. All active full-time and part-time NYIT students, faculty and staff can download Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus for free. Community members can download up to 5 free copies for PC or Mac devices.

 
Microsoft Office 365 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access.
 
To download Microsoft Office products:
 
  1. Reset your My NYIT password
  2. Once your password has been reset, go to Software for Faculty & Staff (requires My NYIT login).
  3. Review instructions for the platform you are using: PC, Mac, or iOS. 
  4. Click the link to access available software
