Use Canon multifunction printers in New York Tech Libraries and open-access labs.

  • Paper sizes: 8.5×11, 8.5×14, 11×17
  • Print options: Black & white or color
  • First time: Pair your account
  • Every time: Sign in with your myNYIT credentials and release your print job at the printer
  • Hold time: Print jobs stay in the queue for 30 minutes

Poster Printing and Plotting Services (Plot Shop)

How it works (important):

  • Printing/plotting is in person (drop-in) with support from student workers.
  • Files do not print automatically after you submit them. You must come to the Plot Shop to have your file plotted.
  • Service is first-come, first-served (queue order does not determine plotting order).
  • Submit files to the correct queue.

Before you arrive:

  • Make sure you have enough funds in your account.
  • Faculty/Staff: Do not use PCards to add funds.

Get started:

  • Register for an account to submit a file to the Plot Shop Queue. More details: ITS Plotting Services.
