Q. I am having trouble accessing a database online from my home. I get an error about an IP address restriction. Can you please help me?

You need to access the databases from the library website: http://www.nyit.edu/library and then go to Quick Links then Databases A-Z . You would then sign in through the library authentication program, ARKTOS, with your NYIT e-mail username and password. You can not go directly into a database from home. You will get a IP restriction message like you did. You must access through library website.
