Start with the LexisNexis database, which can be accessed at the library's Legal Databases page.
Once in LexisNexis, you can search the topic field from the "Look up a Legal Case" box or you can expand the heading "US Legal" on the side bar for more options.
Because you are looking for Supreme Court cases, select "Supreme Court Briefs" once you have expanded the "US Legal" heading on the sidebar.
From here, you will be directed to an advanced search page where you can use keywords and phrases like "sexual harassment" and "employment" to search for relevant cases.
