Q. My library account not working

When attempting to access the NYIT Library databases from off-campus you need to use your NYITConnect username and password. If you forgot your password and you are on the NYIT Library home page click on the Help link on the left hand side of the screen then click on the "connect from home" link on the left hand side of the screen than click on the link "Forgot your password? This will bring to the screen with info on how to reset your password.
